What features does JMango360 B2B Solution Admin Portal offer?

How: Login Admin Portal, click Order Overview

Overview Order Listing

Admin can see the list of all orders from all companies made on Storefront. Agents can see the list of orders from assigned companies. 

Information about orders Admin/ Agent can view here includes:

  • Order Number

  • Order Date

  • Order from what Store 

  • The company placing the Order

  • Ordered by

  • Order Status

  • Order Total 

  • Action: In this section, Admin/ Agent can see more details about orders


This feature also supports exporting the orders to a CSV file. 

How: Click the button Export CSV 

 Overview Order Details

How: Click on the View details button in Action section to view order details

Information about Order details includes:

  • Order ID

  • Order Status

  • Order Date

  • Ordered by

  • Store

  • Company


Order summary:

  • Product Name

  • Quantity

  • Price

  • Total

  • Subtotal

  • Coupon code

  • Discount

  • Grand total (Incl. Tax)

  • Billing Details

  • Shipping Details

  • Shipping Method

  • Payment Method

Overview Order Search

The admin/agent can search for order information by filling in the fields in Search Order Section

How: Click on + icon in the right corner



Information can be used to search for orders includes:

  • Order ID

  • Status

  • Ordered by

  • Date: From… To 

  • Company

  • Store:

  • Product SKU/EAN/Name

  • Customer Reference
