Admin Portal - Profile management

What features does JMango360 B2B Solution Admin Portal offer?


The Admin and Agent can view and make changes to the account's profile information in this section with the Admin Portal Feature.

How: Log in to Admin Portal, click My Profile 

When accessing My Profile section, the Agent/ Admin will see their personal information which includes: 

  • First Name

  • Last Name

  • Phone Number

  • Current Password

  • New Password

  • Confirm New Password



Agent/ Admin can Edit their Profile here, then click Save Changes to apply the changes.

Usually, 3 fields of password (Current Password, New Password and Confirm New Password) are not required to enter. But when Agent/ Admin wants to change the password - once they enter information in any password field, the other two fields will be required.
