Your website's backend access is required in order for us to do your app's integration. Please provide us with access to some administration areas of your website backend. Please be well noted that we require NO access to anything related to the sales of your website. While testing the app, we assume that our test orders work well once we receive order confirmation emails.
Magento 2
Please create an admin role for JMango360 and add our email
support@jmango360.com as an admin user.
After that, share with us the account credentials and admin URL.Step 1: Create an admin role for JMango360
- In Magento Admin, go to System > Permissions > User Roles, then click Add New Role.
- In Role Info section, enter a Role Name and Your Password.
- In Role Resources section, enable permission to Catalog, Customer Group, Promotions, Catalog Price Rules, Cart Price Rules and Stores.
- Click Save Role at the top left corner. The role now appears in the list of available roles.
Step 2: Add a new admin user
- In Magento Admin, go to System > Permissions > All Users, then click Add New User.
- In User Info section, enter required information. Make sure the Email is set to support@jmango360.com.
- In User Role section, select the role you've just created.
- Click Save User at the top left corner.
Step 3: Give us the account credentials and admin URL
BigCommerce
Step 1: In BigCommerce Control Panel, go to Account Settings > Users, then click Create a User Account.
Step 3: In Permissions section, select Custom as a User Role, then grant administrative permissions as follows:
- Sales Staff Permissions: Manage Returns | Manage Customers | Manage Reviews | Edit Reviews | Manage Coupons | Edit Coupons | Manage Promotions | Edit Promotions | Manage Channel | Manage Gift Certificates

- Single Click Apps: Select All
Step 4: Click Save at the bottom right corner. Within minutes of creating the account, JMango360 will receive an email asking us to confirm our email address and create a password.
Shopify
Step 1: Log in to the Shopify backend. Click on the Settings button at the bottom left to open the Settings window:
Step 2: On the menuside, choose Users and permissions. Then click on the button Add staff.
Step 4: Then, select the permissions as shown below.
Finally, click Send invite to send the invitation. JMango360 will receive an email shortly after creating the account asking us to confirm our email address and create a password.
Salesforce
Step 1: Open Salesforce Commerce Cloud, Navigate Administration -> Organization ->Roles and Permission
Step 2: Create a role for JMango360
In the Roles screen, in the left corner of the screen click New.
Create a role named‘ JMango360 Admin Access’ (refer to the picture below) then click Apply to configure the rule.
Step 3: In Business Manager Module section, choose the site which will integrate with JMango360 to configure. Then click Apply.
Step 4: Configure permissions (refer as the pictures below)

6. Site preferences. Click Update
Then configure Locale Permissions (refer to the picture below). Then click Update.
Step 5: Navigate the Account Manager module -> User -> Add user
After filling in all required information, assign a role for JMango360 by clicking Add.
Please assign to the role Business Manager User and OCAPI Explorer Debug User as the below capture.
After this, we (JMango360) need to activate our account. Then, you can go back to the JMango360 Admin Access and assign this email to it.
Lightspeed
Please add email support@jmango360.com as an admin user and assign a custom set of permissions to it. We need access to

Step 1: In Lightspeed Back Office, go to Settings > General Settings > Users, then click Add User.
Step 2: In the dialog box that appears, provide required information, then click Save.
Step 3: Configure the newly created account:
- In General section, change the Status to 'Approved'.
- In Permissions section, disable Full permissions, then give us access to Content, Settings, Products, and Marketing.
- Click Save at the top/bottom right corner. Within minutes of creating the account, JMango360 will receive an email asking us to confirm our email address and create a password.
