Manage agents (Old version)

In JMango360 B2B system, a sales agent is a salesperson authorized by a business owner to buy products on behalf of a company. Each sales agent can buy for different companies. At the same time, each company can have different sales agents.

Create agents

Step 1: Log in to your B2B admin portal.
Step 2: In the left menu, select Agents > Create Agent.
Step 3: Fill in all required fields in the Create Agent form. Regarding Level, you can choose one of the following levels:
  1. Junior: A junior agent can be assigned to one or multiple companies. 
  2. Senior: A senior agent can be assigned to one or multiple companies.
  3. Super: A super agent are assigned to all companies by default. 
Step 4: Click Create to create a new agent.

Permission levels for junior, senior, and super agents can be set up in Roles & Permissions.



Manage agents

As Admin, you can do the following to manage agents:
  1. Enable/disable: New agents are enabled by default. You can disable an agent so the agent can no longer access the store.
  2. Remove: If you don't want an agent any more, remove that agent.
  3. Edit: You can edit an agent such as updating name, level, assigned companies, or password.
