How to create a Google Play Developer Account?

Step 1: Create a new developer account

To get started, you need a Google account to sign in to Google Play Console. If you do not have one yet, just create a Google account. Remember that your Google account is the account to which your apps are linked.
  1. Sign in to Google Play Console. 
  2. Provide required information.
  3. Accept the Google Play Developer distribution agreement and Google Play Console Terms of Service. 

Step 2: Pay registration fee

You need to pay a $25 one-time registration fee with credit or debit cards. Please note that it may take Google up to 48 hours to process your payment.
