Feefo is a review and feedback management platform designed to assist businesses in collecting and managing customer opinions effectively. Feefo offers multiple methods for collecting customer feedback and reviews, including email invitations, SMS, and feedback forms embedded on websites.

With the integration of Feefo and your app, users can read reviews about the products offered in the app. They can write reviews only when they receive a feedback invitation from Feefo.

3. Connecting Feefo to your app
3.1 Scope of the integration
The scope of the connection is defined as follows:
- Display review summaries on the product list page for a quick overview.
- Show both review summaries and detailed reviews on the product detail page.
- Enable app users to filter product reviews based on star ratings and write product reviews.
- Write a review within the product detail page.
3.2 Steps to enable the Feefo integration
For a successful connection, ensure that your product detail page (PDP) includes a review block. This block is where reviews from Feefo will be displayed. Additionally, having Feefo installed on your BigCommerce account is a prerequisite. Note that you can connect only to one review integration.
Follow the instructions below to integrate Feefo with your app.
Step 1: Find your merchant identifier
- In Feefo Hub, go to Settings on the left-hand menu, then select Business details. (You can also access Feefo Hub via the BigCommerce backend by navigating to Apps > Feefo.)
- You’ll find your merchant identifier under Feefo account details on the right-hand side.
Step 2: Provide the merchant identifier in Alphonso
- In Alphonso, navigate to Integrations, and then click Feefo.
- Paste the merchant identifier into the connect integration field in Alphonso. Then click Connect.
