Filter for app orders within Salesforce

We support filtering the mobile orders in the Salesforce Business Manager to help you track the data easily. 

Prerequisites

  1. Available for Salesforce from app version 2.0 and above.
  2. Included for free for all subscriptions.
  3. No implementation is required.

Instructions 

Configure attribute on Salesforce Business Manager

To filter orders from the JMango360 app, you must first configure the custom attribute in Salesforce System Object Types by the following steps: 
  1. Login to your Salesforce Business Manager and navigate to Administration > Site Development > System Object Types
  2. In the System Object Type List screen, find out and click on the system object type named “Order”.
  3. In the Attribute Definitions tab, clicks on the New button to create a new custom attribute for the Order object type with details: 
    1.       ID: jmango360 
    2.       Name: jmango360 
    3.       Value Type: Boolean
  4. Then click Apply.



Filter orders from the JMango360 app

You can use the ‘jmango360 attribute’ to filter orders created by the JMango360 app following the steps below:
  1. In the Salesforce Business Manager screen, navigate to Merchant Tools > Ordering > Orders.
  2. Click on the Advanced button to open the Advanced searching page.
  3. Select values as shown below in the Extended Attributes sections, then enter. 
Now you can view a list of orders from the JMango360 mobile app, export the data to CSV and analyze the success of your app.
