Why can't I see updates on the categories I create manually?

Issue

The product categories you created manually may not see updates from the Magento website, such as:
  1. Updates on categories and subcategories (thumbnail image, etc.)
  2. Updates on products (name, description, price, inventory, etc.)

Solution

To get the latest updates for product categories which were created manually after updating in Magento Admin, please follow the steps below:

Step 1: Log in to JMango360 Back Office, then go to Settings > Integration Settings, then re-integrate your app and save changes.
Step 2: Go to the Design module, change the name of the product categories you created manually, then change it back to the original name.
Step 3: Click Save Changes to finish.
