When something isn’t working, sending your device details helps our team diagnose the issue quickly—no manual typing needed. The app can generate this info and start an email for you in a few taps.
Step-by-step: Send device info from inside the app
- Open the app and go to My Account.
- Locate the version bar (usually at the bottom of the My Account screen).
- Press and hold the version bar until a pop-up appears, displaying your device's information.
- Tap Send Mail. Your email app will open with the device information pre-filled and address it to support@jmango360.com
That’s it—your technical details are on their way to our team, so we can start investigating without any extra back-and-forth.
