How to integrate with Intercom live chat?

Live chat support is a great opportunity for businesses to make a more personal connection with customers and deliver a better customer experience. That's why we present you with our brand-new Intercom Native Chat feature to integrate Intercom into your mobile app, thus letting you chat with your mobile customers in real time.

Step 1: Collect required account information in Intercom

1.1. Sign in to Intercom and navigate to Account at the bottom left > Settings > Installation > iOS or Android.
1.2. Copy Your app IDiOS API Key and Android API Key to a safe place.

Step 2: Enable Intercom Native Chat in JMango360 Back Office

2.1. Log in to JMango360 Back Office and navigate to Design module > Add Feature > Native Chat.
2.2. Paste Your app IDiOS API Key and Android API Key you got in the first step into the corresponding fields.
2.3Chat notification is enabled by default to allow your customers to receive notifications for new messages from Intercom Native Chat. You're not recommended to turn off this setting.
2.4. You can rename the feature, add an icon to it and create a home screen button linked to the feature.
2.5. Click Save Changes.

Deep links send your customers to a specific page in your app when they open your push message or a link in your chat message. For example, you can send your customers a push message that takes them directly to your New Products category.

Currently, on React Native Apps we support the following deep links for both live chat and push message:

Deep link to
Product: Send customers directly to a product details page on app.
e.g. com.jmango360.showcase://intercom/product/9693
Product (sub)category: Send customers directly to a category or subcategory on app.
e.g. com.jmango360.showcase://intercom/catalog/5e3a3c3c38c89613dc3b3a3d
Module: Send customers directly to a content page (Info Page, Locations, Look Book) on app.
e.g. com.jmango360.showcase://intercom/module/5f4dd6033bd42d0299f9aa50
1.1. iOS Bundle IDSign in to App Store Connect > My Apps > App > App Information > Bundle ID.

1.2. Android Bundle ID:  Go to Play Store > Search for your app > Find the Android Bundle ID in the URL.

1.3. Product ID: Log in to BigCommerce Control Panel > Edit a product > Find the product ID in the URL.

1.4. Category ID or Subcategory ID: Log in to JMango360 Back Office > Settings > Sale Settings > Find category or module IDs > Select a (sub)category.

1.5. Module ID: Log in to JMango360 Back Office > Settings > Sale Settings > Find category or module IDs > Select a module.

2.1. Live chat: In a conversation with customers, just use a deep link URL to create a link.

2.2. Push message: While creating a push message, enter your iOS and Android deep link URLs in the corresponding fields.
