Live chat support is a great opportunity for businesses to make a more personal connection with customers and deliver a better customer experience. That's why we present you with our brand-new Intercom Native Chat feature to integrate Intercom into your mobile app, thus letting you chat with your mobile customers in real time.
Step 1: Collect required account information in Intercom
1.1. Sign in to Intercom and navigate to Account at the bottom left > Settings > Installation > iOS or Android.
1.2. Copy Your app ID, iOS API Key and Android API Key to a safe place.
Step 2: Enable Intercom Native Chat in JMango360 Back Office
2.1. Log in to JMango360 Back Office and navigate to Design module > Add Feature > Native Chat.
2.2. Paste Your app ID, iOS API Key and Android API Key you got in the first step into the corresponding fields.
2.3. Chat notification is enabled by default to allow your customers to receive notifications for new messages from Intercom Native Chat. You're not recommended to turn off this setting.

Deep links send your customers to a specific page in your app when they open your push message or a link in your chat message. For example, you can send your customers a push message that takes them directly to your New Products category.
Currently, on React Native Apps we support the following deep links for both live chat and push message:
