Lightspeed eCom (C-Series) customers can now complete their awaiting payment orders



  1. Native App version: 2.55.0
  2. React Native version: 3.0.0
  3. Available to logged-in customers only
When an order has been submitted but the payment has not yet been processed, the order will be marked as Awaiting payment. Your customers can complete this type of orders the next time they open the shopping cart by confirming the pop-up that appears with OK. 



In doing so, customers will be redirected to the order details page where they can review all details about the order and tap PAY NOW to pay the payment. They will be redirected to the payment page of the payment gateway they selected before. 
  1. If customers pay successfully, they will be redirected to the thank you page for the same order ID. At the same time, the status of the order on app and in store backend will be updated to reflect the latest status.
  2. If customers fail to pay for the order, the order will still be marked as Awaiting payment.
Customers can go to My Account > My Orders and open any Awaiting payment order to PAY NOW.
