1. About LookBook

LookBook is a visual merchandising feature that allows merchants to create shoppable content experiences within their app. By combining images and videos with linked products, you can inspire customers with curated collections, seasonal campaigns, outfit ideas, and product showcases while providing a seamless path to purchase.

With LookBook, customers can browse engaging visual content and shop featured products directly from the experience, helping increase product discovery and conversion rates.

2. Benefits of the LookBook feature

Using LookBook in your app provides several advantages:

• Create visually engaging shopping experiences using images and videos.

• Showcase complete outfits, collections, or promotional campaigns in a curated format.

• Link products directly to visual content, making it easier for customers to discover and purchase featured items.

• Increase customer engagement through immersive browsing experiences.

• Choose between grid and list product layouts to match your brand presentation style.

• Highlight specific product images that best fit the look or campaign.

3. Enabling and configuring LookBook

3.1. Enable the LookBook integration

To use the LookBook feature, the integration must first be enabled for your app. Please contact the JMango360 Team at customer.success@jmango360.com to complete the setup and enable the integration for your app.

Note: An app update may be required before the feature becomes available.

3.2. Create a LookBook page

After the integration has been enabled, you can create a dedicated LookBook page.

• Go to Design > Custom Pages.

• Click the + icon to create a new page.

• In the Page type dropdown, select Look Book.

• Enter a page name.

• Click OK.

The new LookBook page will be created and available for design.

3.3. Design and configure the LookBook page

Once the page is created, you can start building your LookBook experience. 

Available content blocks include:

• Image Banner

• Image Grid

• Video

• Spacer

To add content:

1. Drag and drop the desired block onto the page.

2. Upload your image or video content.

3. Configure the destination and linked products.

Link products to images and videos: Each image or video can be connected to up to 5 products. When configuring an image or video:

1. Open the block settings.

2. Under Where should this lead your customers?, select Product.

3. Search for and select the product you want to feature.

4. Choose the product image that should be displayed within the LookBook.

5. Repeat the process to add additional products (up to 5).

Configure product display style: The linked products can be displayed using one of two presentation styles:

• Grid

• List

To change the layout:

1. Open the Look Book settings panel.

2. Under Presentation styles, select either Grid or List.

The selected style determines how featured products appear to customers when viewing the LookBook.

3.4. Save and publish

1. Click Save Draft to save your LookBook design.

2. Preview the page to verify the layout and linked products.

3. Click Publish to mobile to make the changes available in your app.

All done!

Your LookBook page is now ready to showcase shoppable images and videos that inspire customers and drive product discovery.
