Magento 1: Upgrade JMango360 plugin

Please back up your Magento store before applying the upgrade. 

Please uninstall the current JMango360 plugin and install the latest version to upgrade the plugin. Do the following:

Step 1: Uninstall the current JMango360 plugin.


  1. Log in to Magento Admin and navigate to System > Magento Connect > Magento Connect Manager
  2. In the Manage Existing Extensions section, find Jmango360_Japi and select Actions > Uninstall > Commit Changes to uninstall the plugin.
  3. Go to System > Cache Management and flush all caches.
Step 2: Install the latest JMango360 plugin.


  1. Download the latest JMango360 plugin M1.
  2. Log in to Magento Admin and navigate to System > Magento Connect > Magento Connect Manager.
  3. In the Direct package file upload section, click Choose File and select the package file you've downloaded, then click Upload and wait for the installation to complete.
  4. Log out of Magento Admin and log in again to gain access the plugin you've installed. The JMango360 menu now appears on the Admin menu.

  1. Log in to JMango360 Back Office > Settings > Magento Integration Settings.
  2. Click Click to view how to integrate with your Magento store.
  3. Click Download plugin package in the dialog that appears.
