Manage subscriptions

We're in the midst of migrating to a new invoicing and subscriptions system. All new subscriptions and annual renewals will be invoiced by this new system, you'll receive an email with your invoice and payment instructions. At this stage the portal function is not available yet. See the instructions below in case you want to change or cancel your subscription.

How to cancel my subscription?

This instruction is applicable to our new and existing invoicing system. Please fill in this form and we'll follow up as soon as possible. Note that there is a one-month cancellation period. In case of a one- or multi-year subscription the cancellation date is the end date of the subscription.

How to update my subscription?

This instruction is applicable to our new and existing invoicing system. Please send an email to customer.success@jmango360.com with your request. We offer various subscription types and periods, please let us know if you want more information.
