PrestaShop e-commerce settings: Coupon code

Settings available in JMango360 Back Office > Settings > Ecommerce Settings.

Coupon code

  1. Native App version: 2.39.0

  3. Default value: Disabled


Coupon codes are a great way to boost sales, increase average order values, and convert visitors to shoppers. The coupon code field can be added to your app and appear in different places depending on the checkout method your app is using.

  1. Display the coupon code field during mobile native checkout: Coupon code field will be added to the shopping cart.
  2. Display the coupon code field during mobile onepage checkout: Coupon code field will be added to the order review step during onepage checkout.
  3. If you select both the options, the coupon code field will be displayed in both the above places.

Create mobile-specific coupon code to promote mobile app

  1. App version: N/R
  2. Plugin version: 1.23.1
  3. Default value: Disabled
A great way to encourage customers to install and use your app is to offer them mobile-specific discounts. You're able to create coupon codes that can be used on apps only by turning on the following setting: 


  1. Select the check box to start setting up mobile-specific coupon code.
  2. Specify the code, discount type (percentage or fixed amount), amount (number only), duration (optional), and status of the coupon code (enabled or disabled).
  3. Save changes to finish.
Please note that:
  1. The currency for the coupon is the currency used in your app.
  2. Mobile-specific coupon code can be only applied in the shopping cart.
  3. Each time the mobile-specific coupon code is applied on app, a correspondingly unique, one-time coupon code will be created in the store backend. If app users apply the coupon code and check out successfully, the corresponding coupon code will be deleted from the store backend.
