Manage publishing requests

Manage publishing requests

Please go to JMango360 Back Office > Support > Status of Publishing Request to find the publishing requests for your account.  Each time you send us a publish request or a re-publish request, it is recorded under this section.

If you are a customer, you can find your own publishing requests. Otherwise, if you are our partner, you can find the publishing requests of both you and your customers.

You can:
  1. Filter requests based on app name, app type, date, and invoice status
  2. View requests in details by clicking the app icon image or the  button on the right of each request
