When you enable REVIEWS.io in Alphonso, the integration will take effect immediately without any additional steps from JMango360.

3. Connecting REVIEWS.io and your app

3.1 Scope of the integration

The scope of the integration is defined as follows:
  1. Display review summaries on the product list page for a quick overview.
  2. Show both review summaries and detailed reviews on the product detail page.
  3. Enable app users to filter product reviews based on star ratings and write product reviews. 
  4. Write a review within the product detail page. 

3.2 Steps to enable the REVIEWS.io integration 

To connect successfully, ensure that your product detail page (PDP) includes a review block for displaying reviews from REVIEWS.io.


Installing REVIEWS.io on your BigCommerce backend is a prerequisite. Additionally, please note that you can connect only to one review integration.  Additionally, the store ID is a necessary credential that enables the integration between REVIEWS.io and your mobile app to function properly.

Follow the instructions below to connect REVIEWS.io with your app.


Step 1: Find your store ID
  1. Log in to your REVIEWS.io account. (You can find REVIEWS.io in the BigCommerce backend by navigating Apps > REVIEWS.io.)
  2. Navigate to Integrations.
  3. Select API. You’ll find your Store ID under the API Credentials section, and then copy it.


Step 2: Provide the store ID in Alphonso
  1. In Alphonso, navigate to Integrations, and then click REVIEWS.io. 
  2. Paste the store ID into the field. Finally, click Connect.
