Stamped integration
This article will provide you with an overview of Stamped and guide you through the steps to connect Stamped to your app.
When you complete the Stamped setup process in Alphonso, the integration will take effect immediately without any additional steps from JMango360.
1. About Stamped
Stamped is one of the prominent reviews and loyalty platforms for growing e-commerce brands, helping you establish trust and grow revenue by giving your customers a voice. Stamped collects and displays written, photo, and video reviews and product ratings using 1-5 point scale. The platform offers you some key features, including:
- Collect reviews from multiple channels using the platform’s user-friendly tools.
- Showcase customer reviews, ratings, and social proof.
- Share your best reviews on social media with banners and more.

The connection with Stamped boosts credibility, trust, and customer engagement, driving conversions and fostering brand loyalty. With Stamped, you can leverage customer feedback to enhance their online reputation and attract new customers.
3. Connecting Stamped and your app
3.1 Scope of the integration
The scope of the connection is defined as follows:
- Display review summaries on the product list page for a quick overview.
- Show both review summaries and detailed reviews on the product detail page.
- Enable app users to filter product reviews based on star ratings and write product reviews.
- Write a review within the product detail page.
3.2 Steps to enable the Stamped integration
Ensure that your product detail page (PDP) includes a review block for successful integration. This block is where reviews from Stamped will be displayed. Additionally, having Stamped installed on your BigCommerce account is a prerequisite. please note that you can connect only to one review integration.
To connect Stamped with your app, the API public key and store harsh are the required information you need to provide. Below are some steps to find the API public key and store hash and connect Stamped with your app in Alphonso.
Step 1: Find the API public key and store hash
- Log in to Stamped. (You can also find Stamped in the BigCommerce backend by navigating Apps > Stamped.)
- Go to Review Integrations > API Keys.
- You’ll find the API Public Key and Store Hash, and copy them.
Step 2: Provide the required information in Alphonso
- In Alphonso, navigate to Integrations, and then click Stamped.
- Paste the API Public Key and Store Harsh into the fields. Finally, click Connect.
