Whilst you're in contact with our team to select your subscription, you can already explore the possibilities of Alphonso. Follow the simple steps below to start off the process and access Alphonso.
The process from integration to a successful app launch.
Integration
The integration between the eCommerce platform and Alphonso is the start of the process. Through the JMango360 extension, the app makes a deep connection with your platform backend to fetch and write the required information. In addition to the installation of the extension, we’ll ask for access and information to facilitate the development process.
Development
After the integration, we’ll start the development process. The JMango360 delivery team will guide you through the delivery process to ensure the technical requirements and objectives of this channel are understood. JMango360 will be in the driving seat to utilize our best practices and deliver a fit-for-purpose app quickly.
There are three possible scenarios in the development phase;
- Out-of-the-box functionalities
- Add integrations of 3rd party technology providers like Firebase, OneSignal, Yotpo, Klaviyo, and Searchanise.
- Add custom development
Our team will help to define the requirements and the delivery scope.
Go-live
Once the app is technically ready we’ll prepare the app and submit it to the Apple App Store and Google Play Store, and troubleshoot with Apple and Google if needed.
In order to submit the app we’ll help you to develop your app listing via our App Store Optimization best practices to optimize the app download ratios.
Promotion
Having an app is only the beginning.
