- Collect detailed reviews from customers wherever they are using its frictionless in-mail technology and via SMS.
- Display community questions and feedback.
- Showcase relatable experiences and increase the impact of every review with customers’ photos and videos.

3. Connecting Yotpo Reviews and your app
3.1 Scope of the integration
The scope of the connection is defined as follows:
- Display review summaries on the product list page for a quick overview.
- Show both review summaries and detailed reviews on the product detail page.
- Enable app users to filter product reviews based on star ratings and write product reviews.
- Write a review within the product detail page.
3.2 Enable the Yotpo Reviews integration
To ensure seamless integration, make sure your product detail page (PDP) has a review block where the reviews from Yotpo Reviews will appear. Additionally, installing Yotpo Reviews on your BigCommerce account is a prerequisite. Please note that you can connect only to one review integration.
To integrate Yotpo Reviews into your app, you need to provide an app key. Please follow the steps below to find the app key and connect with your app in Alphonso.
Step 1: Find the app key
- In Yotpo Reviews, click the Profile icon at the top right corner of the screen.
- Select Account Settings > General Settings.
- You’ll find your app key at the bottom of the General Settings section.
Step 2: Provide the app key in Alphonso
- In Alphonso, navigate to Integrations, and then click Yotpo.
- Paste the app key into the connect integration field. Finally, click Connect.
