Understand how well your app works with mobile analytics

Useful data for your app performance is available at JMango360 Back Office > App Dashboard > Analytics. You are presented with the number of devices that have your app installed (app downloads) and the number of users who use your app (app users). We also show you information about the manufacturers, models, and operating systems of the devices.

App download statistics

App download statistics show the number of devices (according to the device keys) that have your app installed. You can view the total app downloads and daily app download in two line charts. To view the data of each day, just hover over any of the points in the chart to see the hover label appears displaying the data you want.

You can filter app downloads by specific time periods, namely last week, last month, last three months, last six months, last year, and all time. You can also specify a custom time period as you'd like.

App user statistics

App user statistics show the number of users, including both registered users and guests, who use your app. You can view the total app users and new app users per day in two line charts. To view the data of each day, just hover over any of the points in the chart to see the hover label appears displaying the data you want.

You can filter app users by specific time periods, namely last week, last month, last three months, last six months, last year, and all time. You can also specify a custom time period as you'd like.

For active app user statistics, please check your Apple/Google Play Developer Account.

Device statistics

Regarding device statistics, you are able to see the manufacturers, models, and operating systems of all devices that have your app installed. Please interact with the pie charts and filter the time period to get the data you want.
