How to add WhatsApp to your app?

Please note that app version 2.46.0 or later is required.

More and more web stores deliver customer service via WhatsApp. We know that and are glad to introduce to you our WhatsApp feature.

In JMango360 Back Office, navigate to the Design module > Add Feature > Link to webpage.

Now do the following:
  1. Enter the URL of your WhatsApp account. If your phone number is +31-987-6543-21, your WhatsApp link is simply https://wa.me/31987654321 (remove the + sign).
  2. Select the Open in external web browser check box.
  3. Edit the feature as a normal menu item, such as renaming, adding icon, or re-ordering. You can also create a home screen button that links to the feature.
