What should I do when my app suddenly crashes?

Issue 

Your app suddenly crashes.

Cause

App crash can happen because of the following reasons:
  1. App conflicts with updates on devices
  2. App is incompatible with devices
  3. Internal device storage is getting low
  4. System calls invalid data

Solution 

  1. Close the app and re-open it
  2. Uninstall the app and re-install it
  3. Send crash report to developers
    1. iOS: Go to Settings > Privacy > Analytics, then enable Share With App developers
    2. Android: Simply report app crashes using the pop-up that appears on the screen right after the app crashes
  4. Free up the space on your iOS or Android devices
