Collect customer feedback with a customer enquiry

Settings available in JMango360 Back Office > Design > Add Feature > Customer Enquiry.

Customer Enquiry gives your mobile customers the ability to provide feedback and make enquiries while they are using your app. Their evaluations and reactions will be sent directly to your email address.



In JMango360 Back Office, navigate to the Design module > Add Feature > Customer Enquiry.



Now you can:
  1. Edit the page such as changing the page title, adding menu icon, etc.
  2. Enter an email address to receive enquiries and an instructional message to guide your customers how to make an enquiry
  3. Choose the contact information (name, email address, and/or contact number) your customers need to provide for the enquiry
  4. You can specify some enquiry types and require your customers to select the enquiry type in their enquiry
  5. You can specify a thank you message that will be shown to your customers after they submit their enquiry
