            How to get your device's information for troubleshooting purpose?

            JMango360 provides an option in the mobile app that allow you to get your device's information and send it to the JMango360 Support Team for troubleshooting purpose. 

            Follow the steps below to find out how to do this:

            NOTE: This function is available on mobile version from 2.43.2 and later.

            Step 1: Download and install your App from stores.

            Step 2: Open your app and go to Main Menu 



            Step 3: Tap 7 times to Version bar. A pop-up will be opened automatically which has all your device information showed up.


               

            Step 4: Click Send Email. Fill in email address support@jmango360.com and click Send

               

            Your device's information will be sent to JMango360 Support Team for troubleshooting purpose.
