Account registration is the first step to create an app with us. Sign up here! To keep your account safe, below are a few tips on how to create a strong password:
  1. Use a mix of numbers, symbols, capital letters, and lower-case letters.
  2. Do not use a dictionary word or combination of dictionary words.
  3. Do not rely on common substitutions. For example, "H0use" isn't strong because you've replaced an o with a 0, that's just obvious.
With a JMango360 account, you can now log in to our back office to create and manage your app.

Update account information

Account information and password can be changed at any time as you wish. Please log in to JMango360 Back Office and navigate to the My Account section in side menu.



What if I forget my password? Just reset your password using the forgot password form accessible from the login page. After you fill in and submit this form, an email with a new password will be sent to your email. Use this password to log in then change it as you would like.

Delete your account permanently

If you think you won't use JMango360 any longer, you can request to have your account permanently deleted. Please keep in mind that you won't be able to reactivate your account or retrieve anything you've created.
