Please note that you can only change your payment method when your subscription is in Overdue status.
Follow the steps below to change the subscription payment method:
Step 2: In the left menu, click My Account > Subscription(s) Info.
Step 3: Click Change Payment Method. There are two cases as below:
1. Your subscription is in Active status.
Your subscription is in Active status when you successfully pay for app subscription. Your app is published to stores and you get the recurring payment. In that case, you cannot change your payment method immediately.
When you click Change Payment Method, the Change Payment Method page appears telling you that to change to a different payment method JMango360 needs to change your subscription status from Active to Overdue when your current subscription ends. By clicking the Submit button, your recurring payment will be cancelled as soon as your current subscription ends and at the same time you will receive an email with instructions to update your payment method.
2. Your subscription is in Overdue status.
Your subscription is in Overdue status when you fail to make payments. In that case, you can change your payment method immediately.
When you click Change Payment Method, the Change Payment Method page appears telling you your payment detail. By clicking the Pay Now button, you will be redirected to the payment page to complete your transaction.
Please select the payment method, fill in your information and then click Pay to complete the payment.
Congrats, you have now completed your transaction. You will receive an email about your update and your updated payment detail will be recorded. Your subscription status will be switched to Active.
