Magento 2: Install JMango360 plugin from Magento Marketplace

From plugin version 2.1.19, we no longer support Magento 2.2.X.
Compatibility: JMango360 plugin supports all product types, except virtual and downloadable products. As for payment methods, all gateway/hosted methods meeting the requirements below are supported:
  1. hosted methods should be redirected from place order page
  2. if succeed, they should return to checkout/onepage/success page
  3. if fail, they should return to checkout/cart page

JMango360 plugin M2 is compatible with Magento Community/Enterprise 2.1 or later. You can install the plugin from Magento Marketplace or with Command Line. Below is how to install the plugin from the marketplace. 

You are recommended to back up all of themes and extensions in Magento before installation, especially when you are working on a live server. 


Step 1: Go to Magento Marketplace and search for JMango360 Mobile App Builder M2.


Step 2: On the page of the extension, do the following:
  1. Add the extension to cart and follow the prompts to purchase it.
  2. On the checkout success page, click Install
  3. The next screen shows the access keys needed to log in to the Extension Manager. Copy the access keys. If no access keys are available, create a new one.


Step 3: Log in to Magento Admin, then do the following:
  1. On the Admin sidebar, go to System > ToolsWeb Setup Wizard > Extension Manager
  2. When prompted, paste the access keys and click Submit to log in to the Extension Manager.
  3. Under Extensions Ready to Install, click Review and Install to see a list of all available extensions.
  4. Find the jmango360/japi extension, then choose the version you want to install and click Install.


Step 4: Next is the Readiness Check of three steps.
  1. Readiness Check: Before the installation begins, a readiness check is run to verify compatibility for your store environment. Click Start Readiness Check to start. When the Readiness Check completes successfully, click Next.
  2. Create Backup: Your store will be put in Maintenance Mode while the backup is created. By default, the backup includes the code, media, and the database. Clear the checkbox of any item that you don't want to include in the backup, then click Create Backup to start. Once done, click Next.
  3. Component Install: Your store will be taken offline to protect shoppers during the installation. Click Install to start the installation. It might take some time for the installation to complete. Once the installation is done, you will be redirected to the success page. Click Back to Setup Tool > System Configuration > Reset at the top right corner to log out.


Step 5: You're recommended to flush the cache after installing or upgrading any extensions. 
Step 6: To check the plugin you've installed, go to Stores > Settings > Configuration > Services, find JMango360 Mobile.
