Settings available in JMango360 Back Office > Settings > Catalog Settings > Product details related settings.

Display delivery information

  1. Native App version: 2.54.2
  2. React Native version: 3.0.0
  3. Default value: Disabled

So many times, the delivery time is not clearly stated in the order process. To avoid that, you can show delivery messages to your customers in the product details page. After enabling this setting, you can define different delivery messages for in-stock and out-of-stock products.

HTML text is supported on React Native version 3.7.0 and later.

Below are the rules to display the messages. Please note that if you leave the fields blank, no information will be shown.
  1. In-stock message: This will be displayed when a product is in stock.
  2. Out-of-stock message: This will be displayed when a product is out of stock and/or your app allows backorders.

Enable/disable MSRP

  1. React Native version: 3.8.1
  2. Default value: Enabled
Manufacturer Suggested Retail Price (MSRP) is the price at which the manufacturer recommends selling its products by retailers. You may specify this price in your store backend but don't want to display it on your website and app. In that case, please contact us to disable the display of MSRP on your app.

Customize price labels

  1. React Native version: 3.8.1
  2. Price labels are disabled by default
It is easy to customize the product price labels on your app. Just enable the setting Enable price labels on mobile apps and define the price labels as you would like.
  1. Character limit: 10 characters.
  2. If you leave a field blank, no label will be used.
  3. The setting affects the following pages: product list, product details, search results, wishlist, and look book.

Show, hide or rename product attributes

  1. Native App version: 2.64.0
  2. React Native version: 3.0.0
  3. Default value: Disabled

Besides pre-defined fields to display product attributes such as SKU, Weight, Condition, and UPC, BigCommerce allows you to create custom fields to display additional product attributes.

On your BigCommerce integrated app, JMango360 lets you control the visibility of those fields with ease. Specifically, you can show/hide and rename those fields as you'd like.

All the product attributes that are displayable on your store frontend are pulled and displayed in our back office. You can:
  1. Hide attributes: Select the Hide in app check box corresponding to the attribute you want to hide.
  2. Rename attributes: By default, the display label of an attribute is the same to the attribute name. You can rename the display label as you'd like. The allowed number of characters is 50.
