The Scheduled Homepage Design feature allows you to prepare app designs in advance and set when they should go live. It’s perfect for:
Aligning designs with campaigns, promotions, or product launches
Automatically switching the look of your app without manual action
Creating localized or seasonal designs that fit your business needs
Each design can be in one of the following states:
Live & Upcoming: The current live design appears first, followed by upcoming designs with a scheduled start time, sorted by the most recent start time
Draft: Designs that are in progress or not yet scheduled, sorted by the most recent saved time
Past: Designs that have ended, sorted by the most recent end time, with the most recent at the top
Step 2: Create a new design
To start a new scheduled design, go to the Draft designs section in the Schedule tab.
Click this card to begin: Create new design
You’ll be given two options:
Option 1: Start from blank
This option allows you to start with a completely new homepage layout.
You will be prompted to:
Enter a name for the design
After OK, the new design will appear under the Draft designs section
Option 2: Start from the existing design
This option allows you to reuse the homepage layout from a previous design.
You will be prompted to:
Select an existing design as a base
Enter a name for the new design
After OK, the duplicated design will appear in the Draft designs section
Once your new design appears in the Draft designs section, click on it to open the Homepage Editor.
In this editor, you can build and customize your homepage layout without affecting your current live design.
To learn how to configure your homepage content, layout, and blocks in detail, please refer to this guide: Configure the Home settings
Key points to remember:
All changes made here apply only to the selected draft or scheduled design
You can save your progress anytime and continue editing later
The draft will not go live until you manually schedule or publish it
After finalizing your homepage design in draft mode, you have two options to make it available to app users: Schedule it for later or Publish it immediately.
Option 1: Schedule the design
This allows you to set a specific start time (and optionally an end time) for when the design should become live.
To schedule a design:
In the Draft designs section, click the Schedule button on your design
Choose a timing option:
Same time for everyone –(same time for all users globally)
User’s timezone (based on each user’s local time zone)
Set the Start time (required) and End time (optional)
Confirm the timezone
Click Save
The design will move from Draft to Upcoming status and will be published automatically at the scheduled time.
Note: The system will prevent scheduling if:
The selected time is in the past
The new design overlaps with another scheduled design
Option 2: Go live now
If you want the design to go live right away:
In the Draft or Upcoming section, click Go live now
Confirm the action in the pop-up prompt
The design will be applied instantly, and any previously live design will be moved to the Past designs section.
After your designs are created, scheduled, or published, you can manage them directly from the Schedule section. Each design card offers contextual actions depending on its current status.
Live designs: This is the design currently visible to your app users.
You can’t schedule or edit the timing of a live design, but you can manage it with the following actions:
Rename – Update the name of the design
Duplicate – Create a copy of this design for reuse
Upcoming designs: These designs are scheduled to go live at a future time.
You can fully manage upcoming designs with the following actions:
Rename – Change the name for better identification
Duplicate – Copy the design
Go live now – Publish the design immediately
Schedule / Reschedule – Set or update start/end time
Cancel schedule – Remove the scheduled time, moving it back to Draft
Delete – Permanently remove the design
Draft designs: Drafts are unscheduled designs that you can still edit and prepare.
These appear below the Live and Upcoming section.
Available actions for drafts include:
Rename – Rename the draft design
Duplicate – Make a copy for experimentation or reuse
Go live now – Immediately publish the draft
Schedule – Set start/end time for future publishing
Delete – Remove it completely from the list
You can click on any draft to open it in the Scheduled Design Editor, where you can freely customize the design of the homepage layout based on your preferences.
Past designs: Past designs are those that were previously live but are no longer active (usually because their scheduled end time has passed).
These appear at the bottom of the Schedule section.
Available action:
Duplicate – Create a new draft design based on the past version
