Magento: Why can't I filter products in my app?

Issue 

You cannot filter products in a category on app.    

                                
       On iOS                                                                                          On Android

Cause                      

This issue might happen because the setting 'Is Anchor' of category is set to NO.

Solution

Step 1: Go to Magento Admin and turn on category's Anchor setting.
  1. Go to Magento Admin > Catalog > Manage Categories.
  2. Select a (sub)category.
  3. Under Display Settings, turn on (Is) Anchor.
  4. Save changes.
Step 2: Go to JMango360 Back Office and re-integrate your app to finish.
