JMango360 Analytics Report


With the JMango360 Analytics Report, you can track your app’s performance on its most critical metrics. With all your data in one place, we offer an easy and accessible way to access your app data.

Notes: 

  • Data is fetched from various root sources a.o. the app stores and your eCommerce backend. Use these sources for detailed information. 

  • Due to data synchronization, there’s a delay of ~48 hours.

  1. How to access and use the new dashboard

The JMango360 Analytics Dashboard is accessed by logging into the JMango360 backend.

When logged in, you can see the Report (New) section in the navigation bar. 



After accessing the Dashboard, you can select your desired timeframe from the top navigation bar. You can select and choose your Start Date and your End Date by clicking the respective dates and either putting in the desired date by hand or selecting it from the calendar.

This will automatically update the display of data to the selected period.


In case you have multiple store views: the default setting is set to include all store views in the dashboard, but you can choose to include, or exclude, one or more store views by clicking on App Names and (de)selecting store views in the list.



  1. Key app metrics

Here you will find a collection of the essential app data. As displayed, some metrics apply to the selected period, others will be displayed based on the last 7 days, or 3 months for trend discovery. Below is the definition/calculation method for each section:



  • Downloads: Total number of  downloads in the selected period and last 7 days

  • New logged-in users: The total number of new accounts (users) created in the app in the selected period and last 7 days

  • Total orders: Total orders for the selected period and last 7 days

  • % new logged-in users vs. downloads: Total Users / Downloads in the selected period

  • Average order value: Total revenue / Total Orders in the selected period

  • Push notification opt-in: (% Total opt-in / % Total devices)

  • Returning customers: Orders per customers: Average number of orders per customer in the last 3 months



Tip: Want to drill down further into each specific section? Hover over the widget and click Menu Options to see the individual Widget Report, or export to CSV to download the data.

This option is available for every section in the JMango360 Analytics Dashboard. 


  1. App downloads & push notifications

Here you will find all data related to app adoption and push notifications, based on the selected period. Below is the definition and calculation method for each section:


First row

  • Downloads by device type: Downloads segmented into iPhone OS and Android OS

  • Push notification opt-in: Percentage opt-in for iPhone OS and Android OS devices

  • Downloads by store view: Advised to use for checking app adaptation (downloads) and user commitment (i.e. are they moving to the app and committing by creating an account). 


Second row

  • New downloads and Users: A line graph that displays downloads and users per day

  • Cumulative total downloads and Users: A line graph that displays the cumulative total downloads and users up to the selected day


Bottom row

  • Push messages sent: A bar graph that displays push messages sent per day

  • Total push messages sent: A bar graph that displays the cumulative total push messages sent up to the selected day

  1. Orders and revenue

Here you will find all data related to sales and revenue, based on the selected period. Below is the definition and calculation method for each section:



First row

  • Orders by day: Total orders on the selected day

  • Cumulative total orders: Cumulative total orders up to the selected day


Second row

  • Revenue by day: Revenue by day, segmented into the applicable currencies

  • Cumulative total revenue: Cumulative revenue up to the selected day, segmented into the applicable currencies


Bottom row

  • Average order value (weekly): Downloads segmented into iPhone OS and Android OS

  • Orders by app: An overview of selected store view’s currency, customers, orders, and revenue

  1. Tab: Orders

The default display is always set on ‘Overview’, but the dashboard offers an additional tab called ‘Orders’. Here you can find and download all the data related to your individual app orders. This tab has two sections:


  • Weekly orders: this line graph shows you the trend of orders per week

  • Order history: a table overview of each individual order, listing the related appname (store view), order_number, created_date, order_status, currency, and total_price.


When hovering over the Order History, you get the option of downloading the table to either CSV, or Excel
