Synced Customer Data

In addition to the event metrics Klaviyo receives from JMango360, a unique profile is created for each customer synced from your app. When customer contact details are imported, Klaviyo also adds relevant custom properties to the profile. These properties can be used in segmentation and automation flows.
The following fields are automatically populated with available data from JMango360:
  1. Email, First Name, Last Name, City, State/Region, Zip Code, Country, Phone Number
  2. Locale
The Locale field captures the customer's locale as passed from JMango360. This value is also broken down into Locale: Language and Locale: Country for more precise targeting.
  1. Customer Tags
Includes any tags applied to a customer profile in JMango360, such as "VIP" or "Wholesale".
Note: Deleting a customer in JMango360 does not automatically remove their profile from Klaviyo.
