Introduction
We're excited to announce a series of enhancements to the App and the JMango360 platform that are designed to improve your overall experience. These updates are based on your feedback and our commitment to continuous improvement.

Q2 2025
Optimizations & fixes
- Release version 6: Built on React Native’s new architecture to improve app performance and stability. Version 6 delivers a faster, smoother, and more responsive app experience.
- Automatic app refresh: The app homepage now auto-refreshes each time you open the app, loading the latest design updates, shopping cart status, and product page. This ensures users always see the most current content and enjoy a seamless shopping experience. (Version 6.0.2)
- Crash fixes. A generic issue was identified with the opening of the app. The issue is resolved in app version 6.3.0. Note that all apps are monitored for crashing.
- Homepage > Reorder images within a block. Any homepage block with the option to add multiple images of categories now allows reordering the images. No app version required.
New features
- Multiple Currencies: Allowing you to configure and display prices in shoppers’ preferred currency. Customers can browse and check out in their native currency, ensuring a consistent experience.
- Separate Sales channel: Add the mobile app as a separate sales channel in BigCommerce. This allows you to manage products, categories, and settings specifically for the app, enabling a tailored mobile shopping experience and better tracking as part of a multichannel sales strategy.

- Engagement > (major) update of Klaviyo Messaging. Following high client demand for Klaviyo push messaging, we did a major update on the Klaviyo SDK, plus we launched the JMango360 app within Klaviyo to fully support push notifications, analytics, and usage of existing Klaviyo functionality. This includes analytics, flows, and journeys. Detailed support documentation will follow soon! Plus, the next update is already in progress to support in-app messaging. This integration requires an app update.
- Search > Various review integrations have been added, including Doofinder, Klevu, Searchspring, Tweakwise, and Typesense. Align search results, filter, and sort information between your website and app. Note that the scope can differ per integration. Optimizations & fixes
- Homepage - product blocks. The data feed for the various product blocks is updated, and updates to the product list will now also reflect correctly on the product block. (from version 5.21.0)
- System: Architecture update improving the platform's stability, app, and app speed. There’s no app update required, it is applicable immediately.
- Update of the Google API to level 34. Starting August 31, 2024, new apps and app updates must target Android 14 (API level 34) to be submitted to Google Play.
New features
- Product list > Quick add-to-cart feature. Added the option to add products to the cart from the product list. The in-stock and out-of-stock messages can be configured (from version 5.13.0, to be enabled via the JMango360 platform)
- Product list > Colour indicators. Display color indicators for product color options. Recommended for apps featuring products with color choices. (from version 5.13.0, to be enabled via the JMango360 platform))
- Product detail > Showing video. Display video that is configured on BigCommerce. (from version 5.20.0)
- Product detail > Showing modifier options (checkbox and date field) (from version 5.20.0)

- Analytics & Attribution - Facebook SDK allows you to measure app events and advertise your app. Understand people's actions in your app and measure the effectiveness of your Mobile App Ads. Drive installs of your app by using Mobile App Install Ads. Requires an app update and configuration to enable.
- Analytics & Attribution - Adjust & Appsflyer. These Mobile Measurement Parties (MMPs) allow for accurate attribution and performance tracking for campaign optimization. Ensuring that app installs are correctly attributed to the right marketing channels. Providing detailed analytics on user behavior, including user acquisition, retention, and in-app events. This data enables to allocate budgets more effectively and optimize marketing efforts based on performance data. Requires an app update and configuration to enable.
- Reviews: Various review integrations have been added including Feefo, Reviews.io, Stamped, and Yotpo. Show average product ratings on the product list and individual reviews on the product detail page. Note that the scope can differ per integration. Can be enabled on all app versions from 5.0.
- Engagement - Klaviyo (Analytics). Klaviyo allows you to track your app data to your existing Klaviyo account and understand the app adoption of your user. Requires an app update and configuration to enable.
- Engagement - Universal links. A grouped name for Apple and Android (deep)links, allowing your app users to open the app (instead of the website) once the app is installed. After installation, users will be navigated to the app instead of the website when a (product) link is opened. Requires configuration by JMango360 to enable.
- Search: Various review integrations have been adde,d including Searchanize and Searchspring. Align search results, filter, and sort information between your website and app. Note that the scope can differ per integration. View the Integration page on the JMango360 platform for the scope and implementation requirements.
- App optimization - Barcode & QR Scanner. Add additional search options by adding the product scanner. Accessible via the search bar and make reordering easy for your users. Can be enabled on all app versions from 5.0.
- App optimization - Store locator. Show your retail locations with location information in the native store locator. Allow users to quickly find nearby stores. Can be enabled on all app versions from 5.0.
