Storefront - Assigned Agent View

Assigned Agent Screen 

Screen Assigned Agents will be displayed as a menu item in the account dashboard's side menu for the B2B Buyer. 

How: Login as a B2B Buyer, Navigate Account > Assigned Agent

Action 

B2B buyers can view, search and sort a list of assigned agents to their store.

In the Assigned Agent list, components include: 

  • Full name column: Display the full name of the agents assigned to the company. Users can sort this column.

  • Phone number: Display the phone number of agents assigned to the company. Users can sort this column.

  • Email: Display the emails of agents assigned to the company. Users can sort this column. 

How: Login as a B2B Buyer, Navigate Account > Assigned Agent 


B2B Buyer can choose how many items to be displayed per page.

How: At the bottom right corner of the screen Assigned Agent, click on the fields “10 / page” to choose how to display the assigned agent list. 


Sort

B2B Buyer can sort information in 3 columns: Full name, Phone number and email. 


How: Login as B2B Buyer (Owner) Navigate Account > Assigned Agent. Click the " Sort " icon to arrange the data order in each column. 

Search

When B2B Buyers enter a keyword and press enter, the list will return all of the employees with the keyword in their full name or email.

How: Login as B2B Buyer (Owner) Navigate Account > Assigned Agent > enter information in Search fields
