How to create and share a Google Play Developer Account with JMango360?

Creating a Google Developer Account and providing access to JMango360 are the strategic steps towards unveiling your app's brilliance on the expansive platform of the Google Play Store. This article aims to walk you through the process of creating a Google Developer Account and seamlessly sharing it with JMango360. 

1. Set up your Google Play Developer Account

Step 1: Navigate to Google Play Console

Step 2: Choose to enroll as an Organization. 

Step 3: Make sure you have the required information listed on the page, and then click Continue.


Step 4: Provide the developer name, and then link the payment profile to verify your organization.

To create a payments profile, you need to enter a D-U-N-S number for your organization, the organization name, and the organization address. If you haven't got the D-U-N-S number, please take a look at Required information to create a Play Console developer account
Step 5: Provide the required information.
  1. Your organization: Enter information about your organization.
  2. About you: Describe your previous experience with Play Console and Android.
  3. Developer Account: Complete the Developer Account section. Please note that the email address and phone number that you provide will have to be verified via email or text message.
  4. Apps: Provide information about your apps and select whether you'll earn money from the apps you publish on Google Play.
Step 6: Read and agree to the Terms, and then click Create an account and pay.


Step 7: Pay a one-off USD 25 registration fee for the account.

2. Share the account with JMango360

Step 1: Sign in to Google Play Console using your Google Play Developer Account, then navigate to Users and permissions > Invite new users.


Step 2: In the dialog that appears, please provide the information as shown in the screenshot below. 
  1. Enter the email address android@jmango360.com.
  2. Regarding Access expiry, you are recommended not to set an expiry date so it will be easier for us to maintain your app.
  3. Choose the app and areas of Play Console that you want JMango360 to have access to.
  4. Make sure the role is set to Admin.

Step 3: Click Invite user. We will receive an invitation via email android@jmango360.com and can publish your app to the Google Play Store on your behalf.
Besides sharing the account with JMango360, if you’ve already published your app on the Google Play Store and now wish to replace it with JMango360’s app, please provide us with the upload keystore file, including alias and password. If you lost your private upload key or your private key has been compromised, you can create a new one or request an upload key reset in the Play console.
