B2B Buyers or Buyer Employees can view the company's order history. The permissions in the Company Order History screen can be limited for each role based on Admin/ Owner setting.
An Agent can only view order history if they are logging in as a B2B Buyer. When they log in, they will only see the orders of the company they are logging into.
Users can view the list of orders, view order details, search, sort and export data.
The components of the screen Order List include:
Title: “Order”
Order column: Display the Order number
Date column: Display the date of the order made
Order by column: Display the information about who placed the orders.
Status column: Display the status of orders.
Total column: Display the total amount of orders.
Action column: Users can view Order details here.
How: Login as a B2B Buyer, Navigate Account > Order
B2B Buyer can choose how many items to display per page: 10,20 or 30 lines per page.
How: At the bottom right corner of the screen Order History, Click on the fields “10 / page” to choose how to display the order history list.
When clicking to view order details, the screen will display the information of the order including:
Order ID
Order Status
Order Date
Ordered by
Billing details
Shipping details
Shipping method
Payment method
Order summary:
Product Name
Quantity
Price
Total
Subtotal
Handing
Tax
Discount/ Coupon code (If have)
Grand total (Incl. Tax)
How: Login as a B2B Buyer, Navigate Account > Order. In the Action column, click View details of the order user want to view.
To view the Order summary, click on the dropdown button in the order detail’s Order summary section.
The B2B Buyer can search for order information by filling in the fields in Search Section.
Information can be used to search for orders includes:
(Order) ID
Status
Ordered by
Date: From… To
Product SKU/EAN/Name
Customer Reference
How: In Order screen, click on “+” icon in the right corner to expand the search section
B2B Buyer can also export the data of all the orders to a CSV file.
How: Click the button Export CSV.
B2B Buyer can sort out information in 4 columns: Order, Date, Status and Total.
