            How to send a push message?

            If you want to keep your customers up to date about special offers, discounts, new in stock and more. Push Messages are useful to rush this campaign. Push Messages are proven as mobile sales drivers, so make sure you use this frequently. It's also possible to deep link to products within your push message, so you can direct your customers to a certain page and drive your conversion even more. 
            Follow the steps below:
            Step 1: Log into JMango360, a list of your applications appears.
            Step 2: From this application list, click on the Push Message button.



            The Push Messages screen will be displayed.



            Step 3: Click on the New Message button to create a Push Message.
            There are 2 options to send push message as listed below:
            • Option 1: send messages to all devices OR device groups
            • Option 2: send message to all users/user groups

             Important note:
            1. LightSpeed apps allows you to send messages using option 1 only (All devices OR device groups)
            2. Magento apps and Prestashop apps allows you to send messages using one of both options: all devices/device groups OR users/user groups.
            3. Below are required Magento plugin version and Prestashop plugin version to get this feature worked in your app. Please check and upgrade the current installed plugin version on your website to the required one:
            • Magento Plugin 4.0.4 or later ones (Apply to the Magento 1)
            • Magento Plugin 1.6.0 or later ones (Apply to the Magento 2)
            • Prestashop Plugin 1.9.0 or later ones (Apply to all the Prestashop version)

            Push Messages allow you to send messages to all devices/users or a specific device/user group. Please click on the To icon  to add the recipient list:
            • Option 1: Send Push Messages to groups of devices 
            • Option 2: Send Push Messages to specific User(s)
            • Option 3: Send Push Messages to groups of users
            Option 1: Send push message to Group of Devices/ All devices  (How to create a group of devices?)

            In case you want to send messages to a specific device group, in Message History, select "New Message to Devices"




            A popup "Add Recipient" will be displayed. Hereby, select the group(s) by searching or selecting them from the list (in the left box), and then click the Add button 
            The selected group(s) will be added to the recipient list (in the right box).

            Select option "All Devices" if you want to send messages to all devices installed your app






            Option 2: Send push message to User(s) 

            In case you want to send messages to specific user (s) in Message History, select "New Message to Users/User Groups"




            Hereby, you will need to login your Magento/Prestashop Backend to select your prefer users receiving the push messages. 

            With Magento apps:




            With Prestashop Apps: 




            Then you can select Recipient by tapping on symbol 

            Check the boxes of users you want to send the message to or "Select all' to send to all your mobile users. 
            • You can search for users by typing the keyword in search box.
            • Click on the Add button to add selected the recipients.

            With Magento apps: 




            With Prestashop apps:



            • Click on the Close icon  to remove a recipient from the list.


            Send push message to a Group of Users
            In case you want to send messages to a specific user group, please select the group(s) by searching and selecting the group from the list (in the left box) and then click on the Add button 
            The selected group(s) will be added to the recipient list (in the right box).
            With Magento Apps:



            With Prestashop Apps: 





            Step 4: Select a deeplink to direct the recipients to a certain page or product.  



            With deep linking you have these options to chose from: 
            • A specific product catalog
            • A module, such as: location menu, CMS page
            • A specific product. 


            Step 5: Write your message 
            Step 6: You are now ready to send push message. Click on the send button if you are sure your message is correct. 
            An popup wil display, to ask you for a confirmation.

            • Click on Yes to send push message and the message will be automatically sent to your selected groups and users as a notification pop-up on their mobile device
            • Click on No, your message will not be sent and you are back to the Push Message page. 


            Step 7: Refine your message list by searching with one of the filters: Date, Keyword...
